If we are busy or you call outside of our business hours we may not be able to take the call directly, however please leave a detailed message with your name, the nature of the call, and a phone number or e-mail where we can reach you. We will respond via e-mail or call you back as soon as we can.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
PayPal: Nook Design accepts payments from PayPal. The most secure method of payment for online purchases. You can pay through PayPal using any major credit card at no extra cost. Simply follow the prompts to complete your purchase, and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help.
Cheques and Money orders: Nook Design also accepts personal or business cheques and money orders.
** This payment option is available to U.S. and Canadian residents only and we ship mail orders once payments have fully cleared. **
SALES TAX(ES):
Sales in Canada - All orders in Canada are subject to the sales tax(es) applicable in your respective Province.
International sales - We don't apply sales tax on international orders as it remains the responsibility of the buyer to remit any applicable taxes to their respective tax authorities.

Nook Design prides itself with the ability to give our clients equitable and clear quotes and prices for our custom work. A small assessment margin is built in to our prices in order to account for a normal level of fluctuations in market prices for raw materials, however in severe or extreme cases Nook Design reserves the right to adjust prices in consequence.
Nook Design will brief its customers immediately upon any such fluctuation and review the affect on the original price. Nook Design will then submit a corrected estimate appended to the original quote with the reasons duly noted. Once the new estimate is approved the order can be completed.
CUSTOMIZATION:
A +/- symbol next to our prices signifies the option for customization. We can change the materials, dimensions and finish to suit your needs. When customization is requested we issue a new estimate taking into account any modifications.
SHIPPING:
Shipping and handling charges are not included in prices listed on our website.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the destination of the order, size of item(s), and the total weight. In some cases, for very large items an additional crating fee may also apply. Simply contact us by e-mail with your order and we will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with a shipping estimate and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available. Please note: the prices we quote for shipping do not include any customs fees or duty charges that may apply to your order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The shipping charges you pay to Nook Design do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. Your order may be subject to customs and duties that are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate their amount as they vary from country to country.
