Nook Design prides itself with the ability to give our clients equitable and clear quotes and prices. However due to fluctuations in the cost of lumber and raw materials Nook Design reserves the right to change our prices without notice.
A small assessment margin is built in to our prices or quotes in order to account for a normal level of fluctuations in market prices for raw materials, however in severe or extreme cases Nook Design may require corrections of its initial prices.
Nook Design will brief its customers immediately upon any such fluctuation and review the affect on the original price. Nook Design will then submit a corrected estimate appended to the original quote with the reasons duly noted. Once the new estimate is approved the order can be completed.
